Network Infrastructure
100% Cisco certified network is fully meshed and redundant with 6 major backbone providers AT&T, UUNet, InterNap , Qwest and Cogent Communications.

Data center security
Data center use key card access with CCTV for maximum security. All visitors to the datacenters must check in and out of the facility.

Backup systems
Data center sits atop multiple power grids driven by TXU electric and have multiple Liebert and PowerWare UPS battery backup power, and onsite permanent generator power.

Climate control and fire prevention
TheHVAC systems are a combination of glycol, chilled water, and condenser units by Liebert and Data Aire to provide redundancy in cooling coupled with 6 managed backbone providers. Twelve more third party backbone providers are available in the building via cross connect. Fire suppression includes a pre-action dry pipe system including VESDA (very early smoke detection apparatus) along with over 600 smoke detectors.

Technicians
The Data center has certified technicians onsite to handle tasks such as server formats, hardware upgrades and server reboots.

Server monitoring
IPAlert system 24/7/365 from the data center and remote locations using smtp with technician's onsite around the clock.
